Shadow is NOT canonically based off the Hidden Palace mural. I have seen this taken as fact many times and wish to stress that it is HEADCANON. Gerald researched Angel Island, but there is no evidence it inspired Shadow. Shadow is not based off of Sonic in any known way.

Why is he still doing that thing from Archie where he holds the Chaos Spear as if it were a solid object?
Second, when has Chaos Spear ever been green?
