@Retro_History_z @DrunkSuperman3 @PunchDrunkKing Can't find anything about Coffin Comics, but he had a issue out the other week, so he's still going. Good for him.

Both Y: The Last Man and Ex Machina co-created and written by Brian K. Vaughn are series I dove into head first and was enjoying them at the time for the most part, until you get to the ending. It's Stephen King like, but in ways, worse. Both made me question why I bothered.
This whole Substack thing is in line with what Mark Millar was saying about the cycle of change in comics, this could be viewed akin to Image 2.0 in a way, just seemingly more writer driven with some artists tagging along.
Consider me heretical but I'd rather read The Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past than play the game itself. https://t.co/f1FI4xqlh3
@BareMtlAlchemst Once Alan Davis came around and her image softened by his choice or editorial, it was over johnny.
Marrow got into Marvel vs Capcom 2, which is prestigious.
Though about this illustration of Maggott(aka Japheth) that I did ten years back. I'm one of those very few that liked the inclusion of Maggott, Marrow, and Cecilia Reyes to the X-Men team.
I think this was traditional art, I know I colored it digitally(not so well).
Took this Steve Gerber prompt and whipped something up to get the point across. https://t.co/FXskJBP4ze
Here's some examples of comic book recolored hack jobs as I see. Which often come off as dull and uninspired, where characters don't stand out, and blend in with the background.
Swamp Thing recolored.
