@PointmanC @ComicPerch Roulette, the woman in red has the heroes confined, and forced to fight it out, and go through a gauntlet of sorts. It's similar to most X-Men stories where Arcade is the villain.

Artists should be able to create, but when you have corporate IP there should be "style guides" whether for costumes, or locations. In this case, these Gotham City Visions designed and illustrated by Anton Furst should be the go to for how Batman's Gotham always looks.
