Work on Astro's SAO comic continues. I want to maintain the unusual panel structures throughout, to represent the mindfuck aspect of "mysterious written word in your mind" bits, but we'll see. Should end up another 4-5 pager.

Kite of the Spine of the World Mountains, crown prince of bad decisions and pirate turned Suneite monk. Less interested in love, more interested in passion, high emotions, and giving it your all, regardless of the task! Based off of a spoonbill. Dumber than a spoonbill. #dnd

They scale alright! Not entirely sure how to colour these, but we'll puzzle that out.

And some progress pictures: sketch, initial blocking, current stage. It's so hard to actually make things emotive when I'm painting - my love of symmetry wins out on expressions - but something to practice.

Worst aasimar gets a design. Rough design: actual one will probably have more bones, because he's a fucking mess.

Already have a card sketched for the Sun, but I really like the Leviathan sleeper story and I'm stressed as hell, so. Distractionsss.

@xav1ul @theblackoutclub And detail shots, because see above wrt very fond! Ended up redrawing both of these hands twice, but this picture turned into a nice lesson on the fact my mental map of hands does not match the physical realities of the situation.
