Baked his normalmap and the result looked rather meh : (
I’ll noted down all the things I want to fix then rearrange the UV layout and maybe move the head to a seperate UV map.
Hope the next one will turn out better :<

A few of the other possible colours I had for this one. It was a really close tie between the one in the middle and the one I chose at last.

Redid the feathers so he doesn't look like he's wearing some plate armor anymore. Next step will be to create a smoother transition from feathers to body.. I really really hope that somehow it will workout just fine :'D
