My contribution to the 'other operators edited onto Dusk' meme.
Both Dusk and Sesa are based on mythological beings that are actually not Chinese dragons but thought to be such dragons.
E1 art shows that the bandages end at the wrists, showing hands with claws and a starry pattern on the palm.
Claws make gloves unlikely.
Speculation that his arms are similar to Nian and Dusk, but hidden with bandages.
Undisclosed race? But pretending to be Vouivre.
13. Dusk's E2 art and more speculations about the races of the mysterious operators.
When I saw the 2 dragons, I just get flashbacks of staring at Sesa's E2 art.
Both of them have the 4 clawed Chinese dragons in E2 art... yet very formless.
Probably due to convoluted mythology
Next, his character is based on the Chinese fortune teller.

This is especially seen in his shades and fan. One needs to be observant to be able to do these. Without these tools, they will be suspected by others.
just kind of realised this pattern of bracelets on the Chinese dragon types 🤔
Chips style drawings by Skade because she has no time for full drawings. But this chips style is great too!
Also, happy belated birthday to Phantom~

In commemoration of the Chinese New Year costumes getting rerun I present this~
Sesa's horns are most similar to Chen out of all other dragon type operators: black, kind of curvy, and has reddish streaks.
Considering the real life Sesa is a Indian nagaraja who was later called a Chinese dragon king, it is possible that he is at least part Lung.
With Diluc's hair because why not.
Sesa's hair length is also a mystery due to the hood. The illustration shows that it's kind of long and birthday illustration shows that it can be tied. I conclude it's just very layered.
