These days in my sketches I'm using a blend of charcoal pencil, colored pencils, oil pastels and ink...plus an eraser and a rag.

This is an early digital version of a current sketch.

As I say fini about this piece now, and so it finally floating or finely floating?

If you clever and say both, I may want to marry you; if you are wise you won't! lol

After a very emotional wedding ceremony on Saturday, I enjoyed a relaxing, but irresponsible day. I had sworn to color a special black & white sketch from awhile ago, but there was a blank piece of paper beside it, so I put this on it instead of doing "that coloring".

Something's smelling good here, and it's not just the coffee...nor me! lol

It's still very early in the process, as I take this sketch on a creative journey...no end in sight, and yet I see something...funny how that works.

@AquariumShadow But God is not an island, she's always in motion, and so have I been ever since she whispered, "catch my drift".

Been trying to catch her ever since...to scold her for not saying please...plus I'd like to give her some free art advice, if she'll listen.

This another one of my "remakes", now complete.

I'm really glad that it looks like this piece will be finished on my birthday...gives me a chance to give it a cool name...hmm, how does "Lawrence" sound? lol
