Creating art is part 'precious gift' when it comes to temporarily escaping the troubles of any time. Coming onto social media to share that art is often chilling, especially these days.
Still, it's Tuesday and when not worrying, I'm enjoying doing something fresh.
@jerrysaltz Thar sounds like me, making family perogies for the season...I've done them for years now, but only about 1/2 are coming out as keepers...and now I see a lumpy one in my art...sheesh! 🧐🤔
@LaurenLENT0 Hi...not sure if you sent me a message accidentally, about half an hour ago, asking about the snow...just a dusting so far, up her in Manitoba...hope you enjoy the art that my comment was attached to...here it is again.
As I'm looking out the window, I see it's snowing now...excellent timing, as I was just wondering what accessory to add to the top right. One snowflake it will be, and 3 if I'm feeling mischievous.
With an evening of "must-do" perogy making ahead of me, my friends will just have to hang around until tomorrow before I can play with them again.
I think they get the picture.
Almost at the end of the current stage of this work in progress. In a way it's a shame, given the joy in creating it. On the other hand, if I go much further it will become wrecked.
They say age is just a number, and yet we habitually ask "How old are you?" instead of, "How young are you?"
Now I finally know how to properly ask a lady about her age. 🤓
