@Mythicalmaster2 There's only 1 scene in Super where that happens, when he powers up to Kaio-ken 10 with Blue against Hit, Miyako Tsuji animates his hair moving like in the old days in Heroes and Shintani drew it like that for last year's Goku Day.

It's a detail that's lacking these days
