++Because if anything, he also values the traits that his mother and Seth share, even if they are "ungodly,". I've said this before, but Horus saw Seth hurting and vulnerable, and still thought that he was a powerful god and still wanted his love.++

After yesterday's chapter I got reminded of just how wonderfully shadows, graphic weight and colour contrast are used in ENNEAD to emphasise emotions. Scenes like these just have so much more of an impact because of them- Mojito-Nim is so talented! \( ﾟヮﾟ)/

I was going to properly analyse something about this chapter but I got sidetracked because....since Seth is standing above the water like that doesn't that mean Osiris can see right up his skirt the entire time??? 😭😭😭

Even though Isis gets a lot of hate/criticism, I think that she's ultimately a very kind person. She sees that Anubis is upset and struggling, and her first reaction is to immediately comfort him, no questions asked. I love her so much 😭💔

++This is exactly why he accepts all the punishments, because this is his way of saving Anubis - again, showing that his motivation is ultimately for "love." Seth has only ever wanted a family to love and protect, and it's still what he wants now.
