Alastor is on almost every picture of Shai I draw. While he started as just a familiar and part of Shai's witch-tree tattoo on her back, he grew into being a character in his own right. It's hard to imagine Shai without Alastor now.

Who is Alastor though? Why this little guy! He's a familiar, a pinkish cobra and a wonderful little lad.
