And finally the last few pieces of the year! I am really happy with these last few pieces. From gesture, to color, to detailing! Im happy with all of them and am excited to keep working on my skills in 2020! ✨
And then November and December basically was me trying to get compositions more focused, color combos to work more together and for gestures to be stronger. These are all things I struggle with. I also began to try to improve on how I draw faces and eyes especially!
By July I think I got adobe through school and started using photoshop again. The “GT comic” was the first piece I really felt like I was improving at digital art. I began sketching digitally and trying to learn different ways to enhance my works & different art styles in general
Then summer came around. I finished my first semester of being an art major woo. I finally tried out toned paper which was suggested in my life drawing class. I love love loved making portraits during this time. I really started to try to get better at color combos then
During the Spring I went through some struggles that made making art difficult. I focused on school work but soon I decided to paint with watercolors since I lowkey hated oils which I was learning in class. It let me relax & experiment with techniques. I love watercolor a lot tbh
The beginning of the year I legitimately wanted to just learn photoshop! Despite using Animate for like two years I did not know how to do anything. I tried to scan my work in and draw over it. I really struggled with photoshop then. I soon lost photoshop a month or so later bc $
And here's the last solo @shipwrckdcomedy drawing! Princess Leia Organa-Solo that is! Here's the cutest fighter nurse EVER. @sineadpersaud
I couldnt pick which one to post BUT my @shipwrckdcomedy Star Wars ladies art piece is done! I loved each of their 1940s outfits so much, and this was a lot of fun to draw!! The Rebel Alliance is strong with these stylish ladies! @mkwiles @hartgracesarah @sineadpersaud
Like always, I loved @shipwrckdcomedy's vintage looks; this time they did it for Star Wars, and they were beautiful. I wish I could wear each one of the looks lol. This is the first drawing of three! This is @mkwiles as a Rey! She's a fancy badass fighting in heels. A true hero.
I've been on a huge Star Wars inspo after the movie & I wanted to draw some people who's reactions I've enjoyed! Here's @Tashapolis. This was inspired by one of her photos at Galaxy's Edge! I really like her stuff! Her Reylo commentary recently has been amazing; I relate lol
