I've really enjoyed doing more film posters / book covers over the last couple of years & would love to get my teeth into some more in 2020 ( I can also make them animated which is fun). So if you've got a project on the go and want some eye-catching imagery, gimme a holler!
Wayland the smith is a story told in Völundarkviða (a poem in the Poetic Edda) and Þiðreks saga. In them, Wayland is enslaved by a king and takes revenge by killing the king's sons and then escaped by crafting a winged cloak and flying away. #folklorethursday
It's been nothing short of remarkable seeing the generosity from all the artists contributing towards Nyctophobias and subsequently the Australia Zoo bushfire effort. Every single piece is a work of art and I cannot wait to reveal them in their full (unsettling) glory...
V. pleased to announce the fantastic @pam_smy will be donating her incredible artwork towards my book 'Nyctophobias' fears of the dark. Long been a huge fan of Pam's incredible artwork, especially on her chilling ghost story 'Thornhill’ so it’s a real honour to have her involved
Ghoster coming out on Comixology the week of Brexit has never felt more apt. A once great empire, now a shadow of its former self, as its haunted by its dark history. An island convinced it’s stronger alone and deeming outsider Ghosting factions as ‘Blackhanders’. True horror
Support around the launch of Ghoster this week has truly been amazing. I wanted to thank all who’ve shared/downloaded/told friends about our free book.
Me & @tobymeakins have spent over 3yrs creating our story & every share is valued
This is just a glimpse into a haunted world..
@RebellionPub V. late to this party-Mine's 5 (mostly forgotten) ghost stories which inspired 5 major works of horror fiction (Christmas Carol,Turn of the Screw,M R James, Frankenstein & Sleepy Hollow) with some insanely talented artists inc @leslekieuart @CinemamindDavid @SlothHoffman @MikeOB
As it's Friday I thought it was an opportune time to leak another snippet from my supernatural graphic novel anthology 'Early Haunts' 'The Death Bride' is a brooding gothic horror & major inspiration in Mary Shelly's 'Frankenstein'-illustrated by the fantastic @CinemamindDavid
