i'll go over this again, or at least nitpick and redo segments of lines. but i am already seeing this taking place and i do like it. not as busy and cluttered when focus is more towards the thicker outlines while the thinner inlines get to have the small details.

went through with a second fun test run with the colors. nothing serious, nothing final. just a little visual to help me think of what I want, cuz i feel like this will help me better understand the lines to draw to make this look good.

so I think I should at least fix these areas before I begin anything serious, like coloring. a friend gave me a very helpful tip when it comes to figuring the brooch out. breaking it down to basic shapes and working from that. my goal for tomorrow. finishing and fixing odd bits.

I have a lot settled. Enough drafts to where I know what to do for the linework (except the hands T_T ). Pushing myself to not fuss over the drafts, and just do the linework. Forcing this spark. Pushing this boulder down the hill.
