I’ll admit it: As a kid reading comics, I failed to see the utter genius of and overlooked his lasting legacy on the artform.

Thankfully, I’ve grown to recognize that he truly is The King - A master with a brilliant mind of boundless imagination!

I watched a doc on Netflix recently about a famous art heist in Boston in the 90s. Rembrandt’s “Storm on the Sea of Galilee” was one of the works stolen.

I really love this piece, especially because he painted himself onto the boat (Pic 2, 2nd from the left)!
