Some work on environmental effects in #MerFight. I don't want to animate that by hand but boy oh do I hate how the physics looks...so sluggish... 🐌. We'll see. Need to do more and move onto #AI next month anyway.

Still trying to figure out a way to have a "consistent" language for when a character has armor. The red fresnal effect doesn't work too well. Issue is there r a lot of status colors in mefight and tricky to differentiate them all:
Poisoned/Icy/Armored, etc.

While there are no lightsabers in #MerFight; Arctina is one of the game's only weapons users, wielding an icy spear. There are 8 other elemental weapon yielding fighters but I've yet to design those...

I mained Peacock in Skullgirls cause, similar to Namira, I could only beat the final boss with her (Tho I did really like Miss Fortune too)
I mained Aska in the SNES Teenage Mutant Ninja Fighter...but mostly cause I liked her stage's song...
Also for the longest time I thought she had a weird like...headgear gag on and not just a tangent w/ her mouth and headband
