I haven't had time to mess around with this Rouge design as much as I'd like to. But here's the full body WIP for those who were digging it.

@ape_mun @YakoDraws Absolutely agree. I think that’s what’s missing from the sketch too. Needs more construction. I used a jacket for reference and ended up getting rid of the sleeves.

I ended up doing a full body sketch last night after the feedback I got. Like a vest jacket over a body suit.

Okay I sketched this a while ago, but I’m still not sold on Rouge’s outfit.
