I also like to see full-spread samples where you can almost get the entire sense of the story in a single image. Like this lovingly clueless sheep detective from @KatiaWish, or this kid trying to sneak up on Santa by @HyewonYum.
Happy book birthday to SATURDAY IS SWIMMING DAY by @HyewonYum! It's a story that deeply resonated w/ me as soon as I read the dummy (though I was more afraid of math class than swimming), and it gets better every time I read it. In stores today!
Very much feeling this illustration from @KatiaWish right now. Spring seems just to be so close, but just out of reach today!
Pretty excited to be doing that thing where you post a series of photos that are gradually zoomed in.
Here's some timely (and fun!) artwork from @Bobtoons (as I gaze out my window and still see snow on the ground).
Thrilled that @chipublib named A PIECE OF HOME (illus. by @HyewonYum) as one of the Best Picture Books of 2016! https://t.co/ar2INPFpXt
Congrats to #KurtCyrus on the STARRED review from @KirkusReviews for SHAKE A LEG, EGG! https://t.co/gWqciFOXSJ
Happy birthday to @HyewonYum! (I almost forgot that people have birthdays too, and not just books.)
