It's weird to see the covers to the other "'nuff said" books knowing these snoozefests were the state of marvel comics at the same time Morrison/Quitely were doing great things over there
There were two of that Mazzuchelli Marvel Fanfare......regret not getting both to trade the 2nd. Also, looking through the Moore Majestic issue "just swipe Moebius' God from Incal"
I'll give Mr. Blappa Lorch himself credit, this cover (or, the Venom/Nova rendering under that awful copy) is wild. (did this just turn into a "venom covers I like" thread??)
The Black Stars minseries interlude is fantastic, a great dig at Bendis, Belzebeth's origin on the vampire planet Vorr (vampires that are pupal sun eaters harvested by the controllers) and Superman's son's patricide.
The Adam Strange issues are good but sort of bring a swift conclusion to the Mu storyline, probably for the trades. Then there is the inevitable illustrated prose issue?? He didn't learn his lesson after that awful Joker one?
