This is another character whose design came from me recycling an old character. In this case, it's an old pony OC I had named Primrose. He's basically just an anthro genderbent version of her.

I ended up not doing that because neither of the color palettes brought to mind anything water related and the designs didn't really help push that idea either.

As you can tell by comparing these designs to the finalized ones,I didn't overhaul them, but I did make big changes
