Although the pandemic makes it difficult to share physical space right now, I hope that the illustration can still communicate some of these ideas. Maybe even now at a time when we cherish & need them most.
Heading to & film screenings, reacting to the films, & connected to one another, literally experiencing the belonging inherent to community. I wanted the art to be hopeful, to herald goodwill, & to radiate joy and beauty -- something that art, music, & film can do so exquisitely.
