@TylerHarris_216 Thank you. It was something I worked at off and on for a few years so time is hard to estimate. Pencils would take about a day but I didn't finish them all at once so that's a guess. I used to work pretty slow.
Way back when, I was working on a setting that was inspired by art deco (or more properly, streamline moderne).
Managed to make a little progress on a personal piece at lunch after I got this big deliverable sent off last night. Engine details on the space fighter.
The overall idea is kind of retro, but I want to make the details more muscular and somewhat overstated.
Quote retweet with your first digital art vs your most recent.
What a long strange trip it's been, so the saying goes. I've got some better stuff from the last week, but it's under NDA until next year at the earliest.

Took a short break from NDA stuff to paint a sketch I kind of liked but kind of disliked to see if I could make it work.
I wrote and illustrated a book a couple years ago. Alternate history sci fi. Kind of H.G. Wells meets the Terran Trade Authority via Ian Hogg. It's an e-book you can read on all major platforms: https://t.co/3DpVRHclMc
I really enjoy designing weapons. Their visual language can be a subtle thing, while their operation typically is not.

Started revising an old piece during a meeting. I like the vehicle, but I'm working on the lighting and composition more.
