The traditional digi color study, & final For this one I knew before I finished the study that I was going to go more light & colorful in the final. A Rogue may be dark, but in watercolor it'll get too muddy quickly if you aren't careful.

For each of the I did a digital traditional on paper, a quick digi color study, & the final in watercolor. On this one I thought I might make the brown but changed my mind when I liked the white offsetting the vibrancy of the other colors.

I thought I'd post some process bits on these since I always find it interesting. For the Pop I do really small, quick sketches focusing on squishy, dynamic shapes, followed by vector inks in CSP & then flat colors in PS.
