So I always thought the clothespin hairclips from Ghibli's Borrowers movie and Wonder Project J2 were just fun visuals that looked similar by coincidence but apparently they were both from the same designer, Akihiko Yamashita. That's cheating!!!

I love Kinu Nishimura's adventuring party for Capcom's Shadow over Mystara beat-'em-up. There's just something about elves that I always like them better in more anime-styled illustrations. They're usually much cutesier.

Oh, I LOVE the Tournament Fighters Triceraton design, the green keratin is so poppy. I'd be sad if we never had the big orange one, but it's still a shame this dude doesn't show up more.

I remember the cutscene art being really gorgeous, which it definitely was, considering the technology, so it's really funny that at the end of the game they figured no one would care anymore and just gave up
