it is so insanely distasteful compared to what came before. even the goddamn movie had something interesting that called back to the style of street fighter logos while still having its own identity!

I didn't draw it myself, it's from Knuckles Chaotix, which uses the 32X scaling to make Metal Sonic loom into the screen. However, final version uses the low-res one on the right (which looks correct once the animation ends), beta uses the one on the left (looks best big)
