The title's Hoshizora no Karasu!
cw that the main girl is 13 yo, the other dude is 17 yo, but she sees him more as a player to chase after a la shounen rivalry. There's another 17yo dude who likes the girl and the main dude rightfully calls him out "she's still a brat" lol
pochita is deceivingly hard to draw. look at that chainsaw how tf do you angle the mouth there from different perspective without making him scary. he has a fucking handle on his head. his limbs are muscly???
Anyway, Kimi wa Houkago Insomnia is really good and I'm recommending it, especially if you like a grounded slice of life with very humane characters.
I'm waiting to see the ending first before I can put it into my rec thread with clear conscience tho
Blood on The Tracks - Oshimi Shuuzo
Seiichi lives a mundane life with a perhaps overprotective mom, until one incidence unleashes doubts over his mom's behavior. A psychological horror where Shuuzo makes use of his artistic mastery in expressions for chilling effects! Tw abuse.
One of my favorite things about HnG is definitely the art; esp when Takeshi Obata came to his current style. Really miss his vibrant, dynamic illustrations with soft colors. Nowadays he sticks to his Death Note style more
I want a Pochita plushie. I cant believe Jump hasnt capitalize on this shit.
Restart wa Tadaima no Ato de - Kokomi (and its sequel)
Coming back home to the countryside to have a fresh restart for his life, Mitsuomi meets Yamato, a man his neighbour just adopted late in his life. A tender love story about growth + the different shapes of family and home
