Executive Meddling will always be a issue in the world of animation. It happens a lot in shows like CotC, Legend of Korra and even shows like Final Space because Executives don't understand the appeal behind cartoons and oftentimes have unrealistic financial expectations for them

Back when I used to be a Foster Child, we came from a very low class upbringing so in order to create the illusion that our Foster Parents cared about us they would take us to Costco every Sunday just to eat all the Free Samples and then leave.

We did this for 6 straight years.

@GarryAlways @UpvotesEmperor Well namely the idea comes from the fact how in the 1950's companies tried to market the idea that if you were female you should be societally driven to buy a toy that is carefully colored pink and this remained the norm roughly up until the 1990's.

I feel like if you're rich enough to own an entire continent that is gigantic is size your pretty princess dress can be any color it wants. Pink is a pretty color tho.
