Lord Cyber
First appearance: F-Zero: Maximum Velocity (GBA)
Pilot of the Sly Joker. A wealthy man who lives in a castle in a remote area. Not much is known about him, but he is said to have blood ties to royalty.

Gina Rockwell
First appearance: Marvelous: Mouhitotsu no Takarajima (SNES)
The protagonists' teacher who is in charge of summer camp. There is an unused model of her in Zelda: Four Swords Adventures, as the Japan-only Navi Trackers game mode was originally based on Marvelous.

Carol Eugene
First appearance: Metal Combat: Falcon's Revenge (SNES)
One of two selectable protagonists, Carol pilots the ST Tornado and fights to protect Earth from the Eltorian invasion army. In truth, she herself is Eltorian too, but disagrees with their selfish greed.

Mad
First appearance: Wario's Woods (NES)
One of Wario's band of monsters that helped him invade the Peaceful Woods, and the game's third boss. She has the ability to charm Toad's helper sprite, briefly stunning it.

Scienstein
First appearance: Kaeru no Tame ni Kane wa Naru (GB)
Head of R&D at Nantendo Co., Ltd. Invented the Special Hyper Glove, the Mammoth Controller, and the powered suit "Tokyo Comic Show Z". Later returned in the Wario Land series and was even playable in Dr. Mario 64.

Alice & Ape III
First appearance: Arm Wrestling (Arcade)
Ape III is the fourth opponent encountered in the game, controlled by Alice via remote. Alice attempts to cheat with a magnet, but the player can win by grabbing the magnet and using it to dislodge Ape III's arm.

Patharan
First appearance: Tomato Adventure (GBA)
While looking for a special toy in the Toy Ruins, Patharan is captured by the evil King Avila who plans to use her Heart Energy to power a superweapon. She isn't playable, but her Invincibility Song can be used as a special move.
