Medusa and Sophie are from two different studios but they have the same thing going on; despite how similar their faces are you can tell which one of these women is a nightmare and which one is a delight just by looking. THAT'S good morally indicative character design.
I know it says lad maker but I wanted to see if it could make someone who could also be read as a lass https://t.co/MfMEOaPduM
free space for #TerrorBingo: I saw this picture from Camelot (1967) last year and it begged for this treatment even before I remembered Richard Harris was Jared Harris's father.
it also directly alludes to batman 1989 and I am always thrilled to see that
I don't think it's official but there's at least one source that gives February 12 as this bastard's birthday, so: here he is, boys! Here he is, world! #watchmen
For my "James Fitzjames" Terror Bingo square (basically a free space), I did the portrait from 1x04 but not so unfortunate (but still w/ details like the shorter hair, longer sideburns, etc). The civilian dress is inspired by an unfinished sketch of the historical Fitzjames.
anyway here is this morning's finished color study in Procreate of @TobiasMenzies as James Fitzjames in The Terror s1, which I guess is on the BBC's streaming service as of today?
