The thrust profile for the Apollo Lunar Module as it makes it journey down towards the Lunar surface.
You’ll see that the LM never thrusts in the region of 65 - 93% of rated thrust. The descent engine couldn’t operate in this region as it would cause excessive nozzle erosion. 1/2

Blows my mind that technicians at KSC would erect and then remove entire work platforms in the Spacecraft Launch Adaptor so they could work on the craft at the pad.
Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and central control.
I’d be quite happy to see my crew mates sod off to the surface for a couple of days 😂
I sometimes struggle to visualise certain elements of Skylab and retro fixes that were carried out.
