Ames explains that the Shadow sightings have recently increased. Shadows act like & resemble actual people, but the nature of Shadows are unknown. Furthermore, the Lost also causes all records of affected people to disappear, both on written documents & from memories

Saren explains that Landsol has poor relations with the beasts & Christina's actions only exacerbates it. She considers if she should have stayed in NIGHTMARE, but finds that caring for children that are victims of the Lost to be more meaningful
