Kokkoro throws a spear that manages to hit Christina. Suzume’s master, Saren, intervenes and stops the battle. Facing the former vice-captain of NIGHTMARE, Christina decides to retreat. A full scale war between the beasts and humans was avoided.

Christina battles against Maho, Makoto & Kaori. However, she possesses an Inherent Ability, Numbers Avalon, which gives her Absolute Defence, where her body warps to avoid incoming strikes, and Absolute Offense, where her attacks in turn, warp to always land.

Yuuki’s group are brought to Caon’s base by Makoto to be treated. Maho, their guild master, apologizes to the group as she heals their injuries. Kaori returns to the guild as well & warns Maho that she senses the area around the guild was too quiet.

Ames reviews the events of the chapter. She informs Yuuki that Muimi is a key to unravelling the mysteries of this world. While Labyrinth managed to get hold of her in the end, they are not a dangerous group. Shizuru & Rino would not be doing anything inhumane to her

Shizuru and Rino, who are affiliated with the Secret Society, Labyrinth, clash with Makoto. During the chaos, Shizuru calls for her Master’s aid. The terrain around them begins to rapidly shift and distort, and Muimi gets taken away by Labyrinth.

Yuuki & Kokkoro are looking for work to pay off their living expenses. While looking for jobs at a bulletin board, Yuuki runs into the clumsy maid, Suzume, who enlists their help in a delivery job.

Ames shares what happened after the prologue. Yuuki & Kokkoro part ways with the other 3 and have been living in a hotel for about a month. Meanwhile, Yuuki has met over 40 girls during this time, most of his old friends that he has gone on adventures with previously

Yuuki wakes up to a small silver haired girl, who calls herself Kokkoro. She claims to be the guide sent by Ames. Yuuki, having lost his memory (and much of his speech), follows Kokkoro's lead, until the sudden appearance of a starving orange haired girl and a pink haired girl.

@Jeffrey__Goh In another timeline, things would have gone another way. However, this time, Rei and Hiyori are struck by Kaiser Insight's attacks. Yuuki and Yui, exhausted by the battle, are unable to do anything but watch them get blown away.

"Christmas? Interesting, this Christina Santa shall deliver pleasant presents to Landsol!"
