Nothing of value is really added, certain characters are still alive but add nothing impactful to the story, the new main villain is a step down from Demiurge, master of mementos is a fucking child, you punch the final boss, lame events that add literally nothing. Actual garbage

Soul Hackers is another really good entry in the Devil Summoner series. This one being more well known than the original. Honestly there’s not really much to say about it, it’s a super solid game. The story is a little meh IMO but it’s not as bad as persona. I would recommend it
