She “goes along” with the MC’s fake delusions, which are part of an act he plays. It’s implied she believes him. It is also implied she hallucinates people in her life who have died.

He has both auditory and visual hallucinations, as well as paranoid delusions about another character’s actions. He is called “king of delusion“ in-game.

★ Today’s psychotic character of the day is Sara Chidouin from Your Turn To Die.
She develops hallucinations due to a traumatic event, and shows a lose grip of reality for a portion of the game after the event takes place.

He hallucinates a heart beating under his floor boards, as well as having paranoid delusions about the people around him and a loose grip on reality in general.

✪ Today’s psychotic character is Arthur Boyle from Fire Force.
He believes he is a knight. He experiences hallucinations based on how “knightly’ he feels. His team will encourage his psychosis to get him to fight when he is unconfident in his abilities.

She has hallucinations of her missing mother. She is agreed by most of the fandom to be schizophrenic.

★ Today’s psychotic character of the day is Sunny from Omori.
He experiences visual hallucinations, most prominently a manifestation of his guilt and paranoia.
