@KariDru @unquinnish Here's an old sketch on it to show the color variation I was able to get (fairly sure I used a waterbrush fwiw), I don't scrub much either- I find it a smooth enough surface for drawing on with pen and textured enough to show watercolor too in an affordable spiral-bound pad
@adribbleofink Yeah, I did not figure it was likely!! I did not either, I just left it running with a custom infinite time match for a while a couple of times- you unlock (spoiler) the palmtree from Sega AM2 division's logo as a fighter
@wirewalking Live footage of me trying to read YA novels ten years ago ("Okay, I know the way mainstream m/f YA handles romance does not work for me BUT this concept sounds really amazing!!")

31. Yona of the Dawn by Mizuho Kusanagi, Vols 29-31 (ongoing) - I'm all caught up with the English releases! But also... wah, now I'm all caught up and I have to wait until October to find out what happens next! In close quarters with the enemy, where will things go from here??
30. Yona of the Dawn by Mizuho Kusanagi, Vols 26-28 (ongoing) - The resolution of one arc and the start of another with some familiar characters, also some development on the romance front?! I feel like this last arc was a turning point and we're heading toward the ending now
29. Yona of the Dawn by Mizuho Kusanagi, Vols 23-25 (ongoing) - When sheltered princess Yona's father was killed by a childhood friend who takes the throne, she goes on the run with the other. This arc with Yona trying to stop a war is the best yet, with some big turning points!
28. The Tale of the Outcasts by Makoto Hoshino, Vol 2 (completed at 8 volumes in Japan, ongoing in English) - A jaded archdemon befriends an abused orphan girl in Victorian England and he saves her at the price of her vision. Likable characters, though some blindness stereotypes
27. The Ancient Magus' Bride: Jack Flash and the Faerie Case Files by Yu Godai and Mako Oikawa, Vol 2 (ongoing) - I kept thinking about the cliffhanger ending of V1, so I ended up buying the next one which wrapped up that case with some unexpected twists- I might be coming around
26. Futaribeya by Yukiko, Vol 1 (ongoing) - A four-panel slice of life manga about two roommates in a boarding house, light on plot and moderate on fanservice (f/f) which I didn't find to be a great combination; somehow it reminds me of an 00s "group of gamer friends" webcomic
