Jasmine with an Uragaan. They both specializes into something with high defense. Plus, the contrast between them is the same with the duo Jasmine/Steelix

Chuck with a Tigrex. They're both brutes, noisy and from the 2nd gen on their respective games

Morty with a Magnamalo. Magnamalo is based on something from the japanese folklore (I guess it's a dead samurai). Morty is the Gym leader specialized into the Johto Folklore. Plus, they both have the colour purple and Magnamalo's general appareance would be a nod to the 3 beasts

Whitney with a Pink Rathian. They're both pink, they're both annoying. They're made for each other

Bugsy with a Seltas. The Bug themed monsters in MH are kinda weak so it was more delicate for Bugsy, I give him a Seltas because they both are weak (Sorry the fans), But Later Bugsy would get the Seltas Queen as well

Time for Johto with Falkner, and I give him a Qurupeco. That's a bird that mimics others Screams. (Also Qurupeco deserves more love)

Blue with a Seregios. The Seregios can act as a rival for the Rathalos and suits well with Blue

Blaine with a Rathalos. Hey, I had to put the Monster Hunter mascot somewhere, Blaine being the 1st gen fire specialist is the more appropriate to get the Rathalos
