Janine with a Pukei-Pukei. Pukei-Pukei is just litterally a weaker version of Chameleos. Plus, Yian Garuga is too... agressive ? for her

Koga with a Yian Garuga. Yian Garuga is the most poisonous monster, also pretty imprevisible (so fast) and noisy (which contradicts with Koga)

Erika with a Najarala. The reason is a bit random, but Najarala fits her the most (The colors probably help)

Lt Surge with an Astalos. Surge was a pilot during the pokemon war, I can see that psycho wyvern flying at his side and attack from above (Plus they carry the green color)

Misty with a Plesioth, because they are very fishy.
Also they both represent the water the most (even if Marlon from gen 5 is quite good in that way)
