I feel lolis and furries are not necessarily contradiction.

Maybe they didn't think about the ethnicity of the characters.They just drew them thinking they were cute.

The author, heartbroken by the misfortune of Illya in ”Fate/stay",began to draw it.
I consider the movie is the best of this series.
