Crazy how, for a character that is either highly despised or underappreciated by the fandom, Otsu's debut episode (ep. 6) is literally what got me fully hooked up to Gintama. The father-daughter relationship theme of the ep had me wanting more.

Asuras (demigods in Hinduism) are said to reflect the mental state of human beings obsessed with force & violence, and are always looking for ways to get into fights.
