Canonical proof that Kacricon Cacooler is shorter than most of the Titans. I think this sense of scale was ultimately changed in many episodes of Zeta, but he is under 6"0. This is from my copy of Z Gundam Character Edition (1985) by Kadokawa Shoten for Newtype.

Raoh is really given equal stage as Kenshiro here to show the depth of his hostility and power, its really phenomenal how balanced it makes the plot.
