Tomahawk Panther's plot is to create a jewelry store with free jewels to lure out Honey. Bc y'know women love jewels! Anyway, it's similar to the plot of Sailor Moon's first episode

I love this bit.

I can't for the life of me remember the animation director's name (Joji Kikuchi I think?) but I love his work. Him and Osamu Kasai would work together on three episodes in the series. He's really great with expressions and giving everyone's hair a lot of volume
