Ando is a key animator for episode 5, and it’s very obvious from these shots. I wouldn’t be surprised if he designed Iguana and the Chanela. They seem more his style than Ikuko’s.

Ando seemed to be one of the animators who was fond of up skirt shots and nudity. He was behind these two unsettling scenes. It doesn’t surprise me Ando works with Dynamic Pro.
