But whether you have a faith or not I believe that those challenges to our mental health which so many currently face need not define us, need not be the final words in our story,
Indeed there have been times where I felt like giving up, that when I ‘failed’ at things because of my mental health, I lost all hope of ever amounting to anything. My story is one of second chances, of restoration - for me it’s also God’s story - second chances restoration.
Draws 4 thought - I did this sketch a long time ago - 27 years ago in fact - long before I did my design degree. In fact I did this when I was training to be a psychiatric nurse. Little did I know back then that I would be facing my own mental health challenges.
