A little of one of my favourite characters😊. I’ve been studying the body language of our majestic Moose once again in preparation for the creation of the next sculpture. This next one will be heading North with me for the solo exhibition this July tre 👍

The other nite my wife and I were awoken around midnight to the sound of a Fox “gekkering”. An absolutely amazing, yet eerie sound echoing through the darkness. It brought to mind “Grass Hopper”, a Red Tail fox I’d created a few years back😊.

While I don’t condone ransacking and pillaging villages to earn a living, I do get a slight grin when I think back to creating this incredible Viking...smashing through a church window in search of his spoils☺️

My love for Birds of Prey continually motivates me to push the boundaries on feathering details. Each feather is hand cut, hammer formed and grind textured, then welded in place. Some requiring thousands of these individual feathers, while others...well, less than thousands 😜
