one of my big suggestions for new digital artists is to try coloring your lineart. you can do this by locking/preserving the opacity of the layer (the button for this is usually in the layer window) - it's not always necessary / better, but sometimes it can do a lot for an image!

I drew this over two years ago, but I'm still really fond of it...!! kirby 64 feels so full of love and one of my favorite things about it is the little sequence at the end of each level that shows everyone having a picnic together
