So I have this idea for using a ceramic golem that’s been repaired with a kintsugi technique in one of my D&D campaigns.

The questions are, “who repaired the golem,” “where is the golem encountered,” & “what is the golem guarding?”

I found a horror RPG I created 4 years ago. It’s unfinished & unpolished, but I ran 2 sessions with it & both groups said they had a lot of fun. Anyway, I thought I lost the game, & I’m thinking about starting what I finished.

I’ve had players use NPC stats for characters in one-shot games that focus on horror. D&D: Van Richten’s Guide to Ravenloft actually has a section on doing something similar with the scaled back survivor stat blocks.
