A2 2/2 Maintaining relationships with colleagues is SO important because our job is where we have most of our social interactions. I didn't realize it until the #pandemic. We have to make time to connect; otherwise we feel isolated. #NCDPIReads

A1 1/2 #5 stood out to me-- As consultants, many Ts see us as experts. However, they are the true experts bc they are on the ground doing the work. It is important to create opportunities to engage in dialogue with Ts so that we create content that is relevant #NCDPIReads
