Just to explain my meandering trail of thought for #AnimalAlphabets this week.
Labyrinth reminded me of the mazes housing Greek Minotaurs which in turn made me think of Highland cattle. And don't you think Ludo is quite a Celtic sounding name if you say it with a Scottish accent!
For @AnimalAlphabets this week meet Jack the Pumpkin toadlet, a miniature king of the jungle undergrowth of Brazil #AnimalAlphabets 🎃🐸
Here's natures own cloven hoofed dare-devil to add to this weeks @animalalphabets movie monsters #illustration challenge.
This boy could give you one Hell of a head butt!

I'm 6 letters late to the @animalalphabets movie monsters party & I'm also going a bit off script by re-imagining the series theme as real animals - so for the letter G meet the Green Magpie who stole Christmas #Grinch #animalalphabets
To celebrate #NationalRobinDay I'm revisiting the European Robin with an illustration of a juvenile for my #illo_advent bobbin of robins
new to science - this species of robin was discovered in the remote forests of Gabon in 2010 #illo_advent #robin https://t.co/GDw6c8MP0a
@SongBirdSOS So as not to spoil the fun I'll reply illustratively & out of sequence

Bobbing in all the way from Australia for #illo_advent2017 Day 12 is an Eastern yellow Robin
Here's another #robin for day 8 of advent - the white throated robin from the savannah woodlands of southern Africa

Still endangered there are around 250 black robins on the Chatham Islands in New Zealand. In 1980 there were just 5!
