Of course the episode immediately after I say that (tbh I expected it cause it's a special episode and thought the opening might change soon) is when Araide becomes importa-WAIT HE'S VERMOUTH, HELLO??? JODIE AND VERMOUTH AREN'T THE SAME? HELLOOOOO?!?! There's no way...

By the way if Araide turns out to be an important character I just wanna say I suspected WAY before he was shown in the same sequence as Jodie and Akai in this opening lol

Uhh...HELLO? I hope this is according to some sort of keikaku because getting drunk while having Ran over while this stuff is just lying around seems way too stupid for Jodie-sensei. This is something she's doing independently because the organization isn't onto Conan, so maybe.
