Ended up checking out two graphic novels this month: Daytripper was really nice, with an interesting premise and a heartwarming message, while 4 Kids Walk Into a Bank was kind of batshit crazy with some good surreal comedy. Really neat art and paneling too.

I'm all done with my Dead Dead Demons reread (for now). Absolutely bonkers with some of the most insane art in the medium and great characters. The second half of the story is still one of the best manga experiences I've ever had. Really special stuff. 👌

I'm all done with The Last Olympian and, consequently, with the whole series. This was a damn fun experience and the last book was really great. Really liked how well-plotted it was as a novel and how everything came together during the finale. Ending was really cute too. 🦍

Pretty good novel overall. An engaging mystery, with interesting discussions about loneliness and identity, and the author set up an incredibly immersive world to boot. The way everything unveiled and came together at the end was nothing mind-blowing, but still satisfactory. 👌
